Also, you have to look at it from the different perspectives of a) needing
more hours of a particular type for ratings, etc. and b) needing
less hours, for FTL reasons.
I'm not sure the CAA/FAA/whatever discriminate between whether you're doing it wrong in one direction or the other. I think they might have words either way...
