For pilots it seems that Mr. Readys decision will be binding, from the signing of the CBA you are entitled to what CHC calculate.
As for employment prior to the CBA, it is laid out in the 2006 employment handbook, please make reference to this when in discussion with Canada labour.
Engineers please note that you will be entering into a union very soon.
