Flybe have some of the best engineers around for the types we operate,for years we have been left to feel unwanted by the airline and have had no real advancements or investment in our environment. Finally they have made their choice and will outsource all line maintenance. The q400 fleet will suffer under this move as if its not bad enough already! As for the guys who are left over from this it's going to be tough knowing the company is trying to find companies to outsource too.
