If you think these are bad conditions, I suggest you check out other jobs on offer. I don't know about your level of experience on the A320, but guys that just meet the requirements for this position will be hard pressed to find anything better around.
I understand you might be better of at your current employer, but if staying there is not a possibility I think Aer Lingus is a good alternative. They are offering better conditions then say EZY or Ryanair. Maybe if you can find a job in Germany you will get something close to these conditions and save money on housing.
If you already got the job offer on the tabel, you should also have the calculations for paying taxes. There are a lot of variabels which affect your taxes, but I am quitte sure you would pay less then you do in Germany.
I think commuting will be very difficult on a 5-2 roster.
