Just curious, but why are you so set on getting a Grob 115D? In France I'd go for the Cap 10B/C for touring and aerobatics.
Having the flown the D for about 45 hrs, I'd say they are far too expensive for what they offer. Handling is quite nice, but it's not very fast for 180HP and loud as well.
There is a D operated by Rygge Aeroclub in Norway as far as i know.
