As you will soon see all employees will be entitled with the CBA. the fact that you work away from Canada means nothing (from what I understand) if it is a Canadian company they are to uphold the laws.
How many non-residents or for that matter citizens of other countries have been paid holiday pay last July? A good many!! This should relieve any doubt.
If it is of any benefit I am a non-resident and Canada Labor has been very helpful.
