It's amazing how many cars you can cram onto a leasehold if you use some imagination. I wouldn't be surprised if there are some parked at a local discount veggie store as well.
Glen is right, in the car park opposite RFDS apart from an old relic that has been there for aeons (and hasn't been clamped yet!) there are two or three cars per day in there...otherwise it's tumbleweeds!
