Hello folks
Have just completed form srg 1104 for conversion of my JAR FCL ppl to EASA. together with certified copies of my medical and ratings revalidation page as per guidance note 3. but now thinking that I need a certified copy of my ID enclosed ie passport. Can anyone advise. Help would be much appreciated.
