union!
The union is working on this as of now!
Possibly you will see something from them in the future, however this is (more beneficial, but still pursue it) for touring employees without union (all employment before CBA
or Engineering).
We work rotational, same as a firefighter, they are on standby many hours as well and the last time I talked with an individual in this group they were allowed holiday pay.
Labour Canada will enforce the payout, they will collect and send a cheque payable to you for amount owed.
