Please note that if you are an employee with CHC, you are entitled to holiday pay as per the 2006 (latest) company handbook and Canada labor laws.
However regarding the CBA agreement, you are now limited to the scheme accepted by Mr. Ready.
Please note any employment prior to the agreement is still entitled to 4- 10% of annual gross salary, according to your T4 or annual payroll
statement.
Be smart collect you earnings!
While employed you have the right to request at anytime.
After employment ceases,
Wage recovery has a limitation of one year, special consideration of up to three years.
Unjust termination limitation is 90 days.
