I would have thought that pilots, particularly people with more than 10 years experience would be in a unique position to know if there have been any changes in the appearance of (some) trails in the sky over their careers and if there is any merit to the allegation that the military are flying intensively and routinely to seed the sky in NATO countries. Surely civilian pilots would notice.
