I wish you good luck then. Entry Point North (EPN) is a great academy where I studied myself a couple of years ago, and they are expanding right now. I keep my fingers crossed that you find something there!
You could also try and contact the CAA in Sweden, Transportstyrelsen, if you'd be interested in working with non-operational issues such as rules and regulations and stuff. This might be possible without speaking very good Swedish, if you know the Doc 4s etc. You'll find more information on their website,
