Grrr indian CPL Renewal - might not be too simple to answer

Hey eveyone,

This actually might not be too simple to answer.
Let me break it down to you helpful ppl ere.

I got my SA CPL converted to indian CPL in apr 2008.
I got it converted on PA 30 twin com without getting a
SE end on the license ( stupid )
So now I have to renew my license before april

Meanwhile I work for air force and have more than 150 hrs on
Dornier 228. Now ques are -

Do I need to do a recency test coz I been flying all this while -
Just not the twin com endorsed on my license but dornier
As per the recency requirement you should have done 10 hrs
In last 6 months which I have done and it does not mention anywhere
That the aircraft has to be endorsed on the license.

I have not cleared dornier dgca tech paper yet

I have cleared C152 dgca tech exam

Now is it possible for me to jus take a type rating on C152 and
Then the CPL would be renewed in lieu of the hrs I have on dornier.

Or do I have to do type rating on C152 first and after it gets
Endorsed on the license, do I do my CPL recency tests ?

Help would really be appreciated.

Cheers
