FCL QUESTION - EASA
Hi,
Can anyone steer me in the right direction of CAP804 / Part FCL or the EASA AMC's where it states whether a PPL(H) candidate who has conducted 43 hours in New Zealand 18 months ago, but was "not" issued with an ICAO licence, if some/all of his hours can be counted towards continuing his training back in the UK at a UK ATO.
