Yarra, most airline employees are constantly having their income eroded. Whether it be through losses due to CPI, companies crying poor and asking employees (for the sake of the companys' future) to take pay cuts or freezes or just through crappier conditions, we are all going backwards. The only airline employees currently going forward are at the management level.

All trust is gone. If the managers take a serious and transparent cut, the staff would look at it. The problem is the transparent issue. They can't be trusted
