Volare is run by a few of the worst type of pilots in the Italian aviation industry.
By all means apply. As things change and more jobs become available in Italy those in Volare who can afford to buy their way out of the bond will be leaving in their droves.So their should be vacancies.
Of course, if you are into sado-masochism then maybe Volare is for you!
No really, I may have a large axe to grind here but if you are a normal average run of the mill guy you should steer clear of these people.But, don't just take my word for it, ask the Alitalia,Eurofly,Air Europe Italy pilot workforce for their opinion.You should get a clear response.
