From memory - Tall trees far end of 31. House on finals 31. Houses on either side. No crowd control. Large crowds, bicycles, and livestock all excited by aircraft. Buzzing just encouraged them. Bicycle track down centerline, uneven runway surface overgrown vegetation esp. at the SE end.
Not ideal in C402/404. OK in C208 if not too heavy. Crowd control more of a problem than runway IMHO.
