Could you keep us posted when you go to the CAA.
My worries is in current practise. I have more than 100hours on MEP, but haven't fly since a few years. Meaning I could do a quick MEP revalidation on my FAA rating, requiring one or two flights and then put it on my EASA license via a simple LST.
will they accept 2 flights as "being in current practise"
that would be cheaper than having to redo a full MEP rating (expired by more than 3 years) + the LST.
