Good - glad to see internal applicants passing the selection. I never had the requirements to apply while I was employed by BA but I stand by my comments about it being elitist - not the selection procedure itself, that's a pass or fail thing - it was the attitude of some of the management there. Some of them were very encouraging, others not - particularly the likes of Graham Jenkins. I agree, there's nothing elitist about passing a BA selection procedure and flying an Airbus or Boeing for them. Should have made myself clearer.
