You have to wonder about the quality of staff that BA have within Cabin Crew, not like the old days.
Self promoting idiots like Beckham and his missus would have been ignored, now they cabin crew wishes photos with the Uber Chavs.............sad day.
As for his complaint !!!. Stuff him as we had to make do with his photo on everything.
