Credit for ICAO MEP Rating
I am just trying to check the requirements for an ICAO ME holder to add the rating to an EASA licence. I have checked in Part FCL and CAP 804 for the cross credit but it only says mentions 100hrs of flight time on class.

Does this mean that if an ICAO ME holder has less than 100hrs on MEP they must do a full MEP course?
