You can fly IFR outside controlled airspace, wheras a JAA licence restricts the holder to VFR only.
WOW! Where did this come from?
Does this mean what I think it means - that a vanilla JAA PPL holder cannot fly IFR in (UK) Class F/G airspace whereas a vanilla CAA PPL holder can?
