I heard today American and continental are recruiting Bankruptcy Lawyers as we speak.
So self sponsored typeRatings, SouthWest,RYAN AIR, not sure on Jetblue are more common. In Australia Virgin blue has a similair policy allthought they refund you over 2years. They are now having difficulties, due to the US DOJ crackdown.
