I can't keep up with the changes - I left under AFPS75 (albeit 10 yrs ago) and had the 30 day gap reqt but in the end just spent longer enjoying the grauity before coming back to a different FTRS job but at the same retd rank so lost out in that I paid back commuted amount - it was also FC.
It seems that our pool of experts today are no match for the permanent team on the old Reservist Staff at PMC (yes Binnsworth) where one particular retd officer could quote chapter and verse without error! If he said it it was true it would happen!
