MAKING THE EMPLOYEES AWARE OF THE EFFECTS OF THE LOSES AND THE COMPANIES INTENTIONS OF PUTTING A STOP TO IT. SNEAKING UP ON A FEW UNSUSPECTING PEOPLE AND MAKING AN EXAMPLE OF THEM IS ASKING FOR A MORAL DISSASTER (ESPECIALLY WHEN MOST EMPLOYEES HAVE TAKEN SOMETHING FROM TIME TO TIME)
