Aptitude tests,co-ordination and instrument intrepretation tests on a computer,psyc tests,teamwork execises and two interviews.
Read up on 'verbal reasoning' tests-they can be tricky if youre not ready for em.
Arithmetic and psych tests are not a problem.
Nowadays they may also ask to compose a paragraph on contributing to the company's 'business focus'.
Be part of a team and not an individual in the team exercise.The result is not as important than as to how you all got there.
Read up on BA for the interview+relax be personable and be yourself!.
You may be asked if being so far from home would be a problem.
A family 'connection' in the UK (fictitous or not) would be good.
