"A 1 hour turnround for an A380, operating into an airport never before used, with absolute pressure due to a medical emergency- when you think about it that was a hell of a good performance on behalf of the qantas crew and airport staff, ATC and certainly the emergency services. Having been the subject of a similar experience myself some years ago (artery blockage resulting in a pan pan priority landing on an asian carrier into HKG- trust me the experience was not pleasant and not organised) I'm glad the person involved received such good care by the people involved."
