Do you apply to STAA to do CPL/IR and thus qualified to apply for Tiger cadet programme or you apply to Tiger direct and Tiger places you into the STAA after accepting you?
What I understand from the STAA talk organized a few months back: you enroll with STAA as a self-sponsored student. Sometime during the ground school phase they (STAA & Tiger) will arrange for cadet interviews. If you make it through the interviews, you get a Singapore CPL/IR/MECIR + Job. If not, you'll just get the license.
