How about a 747 D check...the figures I have from other internet sources suggest for a European based 747-400 a minimum of 35,000 hours for its first D check (30 days) to a max of 100,000 hours and 60 days for the last one of its life. At a European labour rate of £55 / hour (including overheads etc) we would be talking about over £3,700,000 and 45 days for an "average" D check?
