Sad fact is the only people paid as professionals in the industry are pilots, licensed engineers and ATC, the rest of the pros are generally paid a pittance and often earn less as said that someone flipping burgers
Also extremely sad that the above said "professionals" seem to have extremely low standards of ground / operational staff, despite these guys being the ones that keep them in the air on time
I wouldn't dream of speaking to anyone the way I've been spoken to by pilots in the past
They can be far worse than passengers because they want it and they want it
now
