Looks like they read PPrune... Email from JAH to me today below...

Dear aviation tenants,

As part of the precinct 5 development on our approvedMasterplan, JAH has now installed streetlights on the Southern Link Road ,approx. 450m beyond the overshoot of runway 30. The streetlights were designedto retain the published TODA for RWY 30 of 1051m at 3.17% slope. The lightswere manufactured 35cm longer than the design resulting in a minor change tothe slope gradient of 0.15% and a NOTAM has been issued declaring the slope at3.32%. The lights are all well below the OLS and comply with all CASA safetyrequirements. Nevertheless JAH is investigating a different design for thelights in the RWY30 take off splay with a view to reducing them substantially.

Whilst the change is slope gradient is very minor, JAH wouldadvise all operators to ensure that their aircraft performance data complieswith published TODAS for all runways at Jandakot Airport.

I really don't think they want this to be an Airport which I know is pretty obvious!
