I would re-iterate what Ronand states. The contracts and stipulations within those contracts have varied massively in the last 4 to 6 years. The info relating to what you would be offered today would be best sought from a newbee (preferably one that won't sugar coat it) or a DEC.

The training and experienced received at Ryanair is still a valued commodity amongst other operators. There has been a massive shift of experienced crew to a variety of airlines in the last 24 months or so. In terms of kick starting your career I'd probably be looking at the likes of Qatar, especially as you appear to have commercial experience to offer. Time to command is only going to increase at FR and will probably be on par with the likes of QR in the next few years. A lot of people would probably advise you to leave Ryanair to the 200hr sky gods willing to bum themselves around Europe at the company's wim. It's up to you.
