My advice is what ever Flight school you go to is never pay a flight school 100% for your flight training, pay as you go.
As always get it in writing of how much it is going to cost you and what training they will provide.
And if you don't have a Greencard, i'd forget about Flying for Comair. The won't hire you with out it.
One School i've heard some good reports is the Sheffield School Of Aeronautics @ FXE in Ft.lauderdale. Our Challenger 600 is sometimes parked near there offices, plus some of there Instructors are " Career Instructors" with very high time. and they have been in business for 53yrs in this area.
I'm not recommending them to you, but i think you should aleast look into it.
