Don't pretend that the DESO profile was anything other than a piece of cake.
Anyone who had flown should have had zero problems with the sim, and frankly, anyone that hadn't, could be taught to.
Also, did the Local Cadet applicants have to do the 747 sim profile, during the last 15 years? Or are you venting your spleen again?
I agree with some of the stuff you write, and I disagree with some of it. That's fine.
However, once all opinion has been removed, you still have the most unhealthy obsession with CX and this programme. Stop embarrassing yourself, and bugger off.
If your life is so great, your position and employment terms so magnificent (as you profess), why look back?
