Island Hopper - I doubt that the instructors use PPSC notes (or any others for that matter), as the copyright to these is still held by Mrs Longhurst. She licences use of them to GTS, but unless someone says otherwise I doubt EPTA pay for them. After his previous experience with Mrs Longhurst I expect the manager of EPTA, Mr Green, is very careful that his instructors do not breach her copyright.
Copyright is a serious business in FTOs, as the notes and questions involve a good deal of work. It costs several thousand pounds to produce a manual.
