Assess your performance.....
Evening all,
Typical question on application forms looks for you to write in your own words what you think your performance was on your last base check or initial instrument rating was.
A couple of questions please:
Is an IR Renewal considered a base check?
Also, what sort of answer are they looking for? Clearly we can all bleat on about what a great ILS we flew etc, but is this really what they are looking for?
Any advice gratefully received.
