My all time favourite is this one for engine failure in piston twins:
F - Forward (all engine levers)
U - Up (everything that is still down like gear and flaps)
C - Clean the aircraft (attitude, speed, trim, power setting)
K - Kill the failed engine (i.e. shutdown and feather according procedure)
Apart from this, I always only use RTPC (Read The Printed Checklist)
