....or when mainland pax refuse to disembark until receiving compensation for the delay or better still they open L2 while taxiing and storm the apron again refusing to budge until they receive compensation (for some reason??!). Try enforcing the closure of check-in 30 mins before departure whereby the ticket is therefore forfeited with the mainland crowd. In Oz, the US & UK (for example) pax will kick up a stink BUT they follow the rules. The Chinese mainland is another (unruly) beast entirely.
