You may have got it off, but best to assume the machine has been compromised. These toolbars often have secondary payloads
I suggest you take the usual Spyware removal route:
scan in turn with
Hitman Pro
Combofix
Malwarebytes
Spybot S&D
Then install the antihijack program from
www.browswerprotect.org - which is quite good at blocking such infections
