Don't join unless you set the proper expectations. Just don't expect the base you want and don't expect to be treated like a professional. Instead, get the type, experience and hours and then move on to BA, another legacy or to the blazing hot Middle East to fly shiny new 787s for Qatar airways... As a pilot you are basically a mercinary on the move unless you join BA early...
