Divide 58,000 by 365 gives 159 passengers per day, then divide again by 6 (the maximum number of flights per day) gives 26.5. I would say that's a good load factor for a 34 and 31 seat aeroplanes ?
I wonder how many staff are needed for a whole day to cover security, ATC, baggage, check in, fire cover, cleaning, maintenance etc. I guess including aircrew (8 pilots and 4 cabin crew) it could be 5 passengers per employee ? Hence the relatively high airfare.
