The rumour I hear is that there desperate for F100 and E120 crews. Massive employment happening on both fleets with lots of low time drivers.Great Opportunities for fast progression to Captainancy. I also have heard that a lot of the experience E120 pilots are moving on to other companies such as skippers and virgin due to the lack of progression onto the F100.
