Don't worry no business plan will be necessary but it will depend on what security you or your relatives can put up for you and your credit score! So if you've got some bad debt or lots of credit cards get rid of them first before you apply. Don't be afraid to politely bargain with the manager this sort of lending is outside of normal product scheme so you will be seeing someone with sufficient authority to create their own lending terms and PRICE.
