Indeed it would be practically impossible for anyone to suggest EDI's transport set-up was fit for purpose, though depressingly easy for the more paranoid from certain locales to hope that things never improve. That's what all the sulking is all about, after all.
I suspect GIP will shortly be tearing up BAA's bereft surface access strategy document and replacing it with something far more visionary in due course.
