Edinburgh Airport has lost 3 major surface access projects since devolution, firstly the Barnton bypass, then EARL and now the Dalmeny Chord. These projects would have been delivered by the UK government if transport and railways had not been devolved. Transport priorities in Scotland have skewed toward tribal rather than logical?
