Questions are being raised about Jersey Airport's ability to deal with large aircraft in need of repair.
Last month a Blue Islands ATR from Guernsey was badly damaged when undercarriage gear apparently failed on landing in Jersey.
Now St Brelade Deputy Sean Power is asking how much hangar space is available at the Airport for commercial aircraft needing covered maintenance or repair.
Specifically Deputy Power is asking if the damaged Blue Islands plane can be housed in any hangar.
He also wants to know what covered facilities are available for air accident investigators.
An investigation into what happened to the Blue Islands plane is continuing and the damaged plane is undergoing repairs.
