Despite not mentioning you guys, for me it goes without saying that you are also welcome at any time, and along with crew your reqests for the
JS do get actioned favorably.
From a personal point of view, 1)you guys in general are the one group in CX that we trust, and 2) you are potentially valuable on the
JS.
So IronSkillets view is not representative of the quiet minority.
To the guy who didn't get on a KA jumpseat, I reckon you may have just been unlucky. I've found the KA guys good, but likewise I always reciprocate when I can. I applied for one to Hanoi and back, not only were they both granted, but the KA skipper scheduled to operate back was considerate enough to later give me a heads up that the flight had become a training flt which he was no longer operating.
