My question was serious. Spanners said he will withhold favours from pilots who are fed up of doing j/s favours for the unappreciative, entitled types while preferring to prioritize j/s for the flight crew who have had so much taken from them already.
Other than the pilots who violate seniority-based request systems and/or sell themselves short by making special deals with crew control and/or working extra (in which case the deal is usually with management, not the individual), what exchange of favours takes place between employees? In particular, what favours does Spanners intend to withhold from pilots?
