Yes. The landing fee is only part of the overall fee structure, download
here. On top of which they used to have an 'approach fee' which was charged no matter wether VFR or IFR and, IIRC, was something like EUR 50.-
Admittedly it's been a while, so they may have seen the light on the 'approach fee', but make sure you know ALL the fees involved!
