Not to belittle the efforts of the CC, but the comment by the airline (non-partisan obviously) that the incident was "well managed and controlled" and all pax were "safely and quickly escorted from the aircraft" falls a bit flat when you read there were only 4 on board!
Your comment above can only be seen as Cynical I think you're looking at the word "quickly" too much and not enough at the word "safely". 4 passengers uninjured at least which can't be said all the time in incidents like these regardless of size of passenger load.

I think everyone here would agree that pilots and cabin crew are there for the benefit of everyones safety. I don't think there is anything more to be said on the above comment except well done to all involved in ensuring that everyone evacuated safely. Aircraft and machines can be repaired or fixed but lives can't.
